Our Mission
Great Beginnings Catering is headquartered in Springvale, Maine. Created in
1999, Great Beginnings has grown from a home-kitchen operation providing
occasional gourmet lunches... to a staff of 20+ serving full-scale banquets of
custom-designed meals to groups of 600 and more.
While our menu offerings have grown by leaps and bounds, that growth is dwarfed
by our increased focus on our clients and on the services we provide to make
their event unique and perfect in every way. We have many standard menus, but we
love to “tweak” them to suit our clients.
